Crowd control shields are manufactured with a proprietary mixture of high-performance polycarbonate resins, which is very different from conventional polycarbonates, because our composition resists torsion without exploding, that is, it bends and returns to its state without breaking.
Other shields made of normal polycarbonate, with little baking time or rapid cooling, cannot withstand this force and end up exploding, turning into multiple bladed weapons, which implies a serious danger for the riot police.

Our shields easily reach resistance levels of 150J of kinetic energy upon impact and even more than 20J of kinetic energy from the punch.

• Ergonomic grip with finger grooves, durable non-conductive polypropylene handle and velcro closure to allow quick release.

• Thermally pre-formed into a convex shape that allows for better protection of the riot police as it dissipates the energy generated by impacts against the shield to the sides.
• Ambidextrous. The user can change the side of the shield's holding handle with a simple tool.
